We are seeking a full-time Lab Tech/Support Staff Member to join our probation team in Cumming, GA! You will primarily conduct on-site alcohol & drug tests for misdemeanor offenders and assist with general office duties. Due to the nature of the work and the population being screened, we need a female applicant to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
Greet offenders and process administrative documents
Obtain urine samples from misdemeanor offenders for court-ordered alcohol & drug tests
Document test results
Accept & process payments
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Track customer issues and resolutions
Schedule appointments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in criminal justice, social services, customer service, or other related fields is preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently
