Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting manufacturing and product development teams. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform laboratory testing following SOPs, QC procedures, ASTM standards, and other approved test methods.
- Operate analytical instruments such as ICP, IC, XRF, SEM, GC-FID, HPLC, and other laboratory equipment.
- Review test results for accuracy and identify quality trends.
- Document and report test results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data entry and reporting.
What's Needed?
- Associate degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, Materials Science, or a related technical field preferred.
- Previous laboratory, quality control, or analytical testing experience preferred.
- Experience operating analytical laboratory equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using LIMS or similar digital systems preferred.
