Laboratory Technician Location: Onsite - Mason OH Job Type: Full-Time Contract Pay: $19.50/hour We are seeking a Laboratory Technician – R&D to support our client’s Research & Development by preparing, testing, and evaluating hair care formulations. This role involves hands-on lab work, data collection, and equipment operation to ensure accurate results, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare prototype shampoo batches using standardized lab procedures Measure pH, viscosity, density, and solids content Conduct chemical and physical testing of samples Record and analyze experimental data with accuracy Monitor product stability under varied conditions Calibrate and maintain lab equipment (mixers, viscometers, pH meters) Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety standards Solid attention to detail and data accuracy We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
