We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Research & Development team. You will support the formulation, testing, and development of innovative shampoo and hair care products.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Research & Development team. You will support the formulation, testing, and development of innovative shampoo and hair care products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compound batches: Prepare prototype shampoo formulas following specific laboratory batch records.
- Test parameters: Measure pH, viscosity, density, and solid content of experimental batches.
- Maintain inventory: Track raw materials, chemicals, and laboratory supplies to ensure zero downtime.
- Calibrate equipment: Operate and maintain mixers, viscometers, pH meters, and laboratory scales.
- Document results: Record precise experimental data, stability observations, and test results in lab notebooks.
- Evaluate stability: Monitor product samples under various temperature and light conditions over time.
- Clean workspace: Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized laboratory environment according to safety protocols.
