Lab Technician
Job Description
The Lab Technician supports laboratory operations by preparing samples, operating equipment, and accurately measuring and recording test results. This role involves working with paints and coatings, performing batch making and panel testing, and ensuring all activities follow established safety and work instructions. The Lab Technician contributes directly to product quality and development by maintaining precise records, supporting complex application techniques, and keeping the laboratory organized and efficient.

Work Environment
The Lab Technician works in a laboratory and application lab environment focused on paints and coatings. The role involves frequent use of scales, mixing equipment, spray or application tools, and measuring instruments to evaluate wet paint and coated panels. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
