Job Description:

Lab Technician

Summary

Perform microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine microbiological, chemical, and physical testing
• Accurately document daily test results and records
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures
• Use basic laboratory equipment in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related Science major.
• Knowledge of GMPs and SPC plating preferred
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret test results and procedures

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling lab equipment regularly required
• Exposure to cold temperatures, wet/humid conditions, chemicals, and moderate noise
• Personal protective equipment and hearing protection required as applicable

Schedule

• Variable shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
