FieldBridge Enerfy is looking for a Laboratory Technician in Odessa, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay is $25.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Weekly pay every Friday | At $25/hr and 40 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,000.00 gross.
Position Overview The Laboratory Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable results in an oilfield laboratory setting. This role performs routine lab tasks under moderate supervision, including running oilfield samples and entering data into lab management software (LIMS). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Run oilfield samples and accurately enter data into LIMS software
- Maintain laboratory equipment in clean, working condition and dispose of waste properly
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain standard turnaround times
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives; wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain required safety training and support team deliverables
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
