Salary: $52,000 - $69,000
Shifts Available: 8:30 am - 5 pm and 12:30 - 9 pm (may require flexibility to meet operational needs.)
Laboratory Testing Technician – Clinical Laboratory Operations
A confidential and growing clinical laboratory organization is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Testing Technician to support daily laboratory operations and clinical testing activities. This role is ideal for candidates with laboratory experience who thrive in a fast-paced, high-complexity laboratory environment and are passionate about maintaining quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
The Laboratory Testing Technician will assist with sample preparation, reagent management, instrument setup and maintenance, clinical testing procedures, inventory support, and laboratory organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring reliable test results and maintaining compliance with laboratory quality standards.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related biological science required
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification preferred but not required
Previous laboratory work experience required
Experience in a high-complexity clinical laboratory preferred
Technical Skills
Knowledge of laboratory procedures, sample handling, and clinical testing workflows
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and follow laboratory SOPs and quality procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Work Environment
