We are conducting a search in the Raleigh/Durham Research Triangle Park North Carolina areas for safety professionals with working knowledge in the environmental health and safety arena. We are specifically seeking those individuals equipped via a combination of experience and/or appropriate certifications to perform in the laboratory hazardous and medical waste program, maintain PPE and emergency equipment inventories and perform other safety-related tasks. This position will work directly with Lab Operations and Facilities departments to ensure efficient and safe laboratory operation. This position routinely operates on a Monday- Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM schedule, however there will be events that require occasional weekend work and/or paid overtime.
