Pay: Day shift $19 per hour | Night shift $20 per hour
Hours: Shifts; Day: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM | Night: 3:30 PM 1:30 AM

As a Bindery Helper, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by loading, unloading, and preparing paper products for final packaging. Youll work closely with your team to ensure products are processed efficiently and meet quality standards. This position offers steady work and detailed training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Bindery Helper, you will be responsible for:-
Loading and unloading paper products into and out of machines, ensuring smooth workflow.

Sorting, wrapping, and packaging products accurately based on customer orders.

Making boxes and palletizing goods securely for shipment.

Moving skids and inventory around the worksite safely and efficiently.

Checking products for quality issues and reporting discrepancies.

Reading and understanding job tickets and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, removing waste, and ensuring safety compliance.

Supporting inventory supply levels and assisting in general department maintenance.

Demonstrating reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and food safety standards, aligning with OSHA and SQF guidelines.

Participating actively in SQF programs, committees, and safety audits as needed.
