As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that job sites are safe, organized, and ready for efficient operation. Your Team for Collaboration & Support You will report to the Crew Lead or Foreman and work closely with equipment operators, pipelayers, and other laborers to ensure that job sites are prepared and tasks are completed efficiently. Expectations & Outcomes of Your Work Job Site Readiness: Ensure that job sites are properly prepared and maintained for safe and efficient work. Productive Teamwork: Work effectively with crew members to support the successful completion of excavation and construction tasks. Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and proactively addressing potential hazards. Efficiency and Accuracy: Complete assigned tasks quickly and accurately to contribute to the timely completion of projects. Technical Requirements Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely. Experience in construction or utility work preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between job sites. |
