We specialize in durable, long‑lasting coatings and industrial paint solutions designed to protect and enhance equipment, parts, and facilities. Our team values craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork in a fast‑paced production environment.
Position Summary Pro Powder and Paint is seeking a Laborer to support daily production and shop operations. This role is essential to maintaining workflow efficiency and quality throughout the surface preparation and coating process. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn while contributing to a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning, masking, and material handling
Load, unload, and move parts to and from work areas
Support sandblasting, painting, and powder coating operations as needed
Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and workstations
Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
Inspect materials and parts for damage or defects and report issues
Assist skilled operators and technicians as directed
Requirements & Qualifications
Prior manufacturing, labor, or industrial experience a plus (not required)
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks
Willingness to learn new processes and follow instructions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety
