Previous experience working as a General Laborer in a construction environment is required.
Must have experience operating a front-end loader and Skid Steer.
Must provide a pickup truck capable of transporting construction materials such as lumber, steel, rigging, and other job-site supplies, as well as a minimum of 4 people. A vehicle allowance is provided.
May be required to tow a 20' tandem-axle trailer as needed.
Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, loading, and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment as needed.
Assist skilled tradespeople, including electricians, carpenters, and machine operators, with assigned tasks.
Load and unload trucks, materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all job-site safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Report any safety hazards, accidents, or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday; weekends may be required based on project demands
7:00 am to 4:30 pm; hours may vary depending on project demands
