Job SummaryThe General Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This role supports daily field operations by assisting with physical tasks, equipment handling, and general site maintenance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Perform general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to:
Lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Loading and unloading vehicles
Digging, refilling holes, and basic site preparation
Mowing, trimming, and other grounds?maintenance activities
Operating equipment in a support or assisting capacity
Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.
QualificationsEducation and ExperienceRequired:
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of previous experience

Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., machine operation, keyboarding)
Frequent physical effort handling objects under 30 pounds

Typical work setting involves outdoor manual labor
