Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with a variety of concrete construction tasks including site preparation, pouring, finishing, forming and cleanup. Experience in concrete work is preferred, but not required we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing job sites for concrete pours
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
- Help with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Perform general labor duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous concrete or construction experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
