LaborerJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Laborer to support industrial and facility operations. This is a hands-on, physically active position that involves general plant clean-up, material removal, basic maintenance support, and assisting with daily site operations.The Laborer will work as part of a team in an industrial environment where following safety procedures, completing assigned tasks efficiently, and maintaining a clean and safe work area are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general plant clean-up, including removing trash, debris, and waste generated from maintenance and repair activities.Sweep, shovel, and power wash floors, equipment areas, buildings, and other workspaces.Clean and maintain safe access to confined-space entry points for inspections and maintenance activities.Assist with painting, surface preparation, and general touch-up work as needed.Remove dust and debris from machinery, structural components, and work areas.Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment in accordance with site procedures.Follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.Assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.Preferred QualificationsAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Strong attention to workplace safety and established procedures.Dependable, punctual, and willing to perform physically demanding work.Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including verification, background check, drug test, medical evaluation, and fit test
