Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Clear debris and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Assist tradespeople with blind and shade installations.
- Operate small tools and equipment such as drills, hammers, and pallet jacks.
- Follow instructions, safety procedures, and project plans.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Previous experience as a general laborer in the construction industry required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more consistently.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience assisting with installations or construction finishing work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
