Description for Concrete Laborer:
Perform heavy manual labor to support the daily production of high-quality concrete and landscape materials.
Maneuver, stack, and stage roughly 1,000 concrete blocks per day (weights ranging from 30 lbs to 48 lbs).
Assist with machine line feeds, monitor product quality, and identify visual defects early.
Keep production areas, molds, and walkways orderly and completely clear of debris.
Work collaboratively with a high-energy production crew to meet daily facility output targets.
Details for Concrete Laborer:
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Consistent, full-time daytime hours with excellent overtime potential).
Location: Pierce County area.
Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire with immediate placement for qualified candidates.
Requirements for Concrete Laborer:
Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver 50+ lbs consistently throughout a 10-to-12-hour shift.
Stellar physical endurance to perform demanding manual labor in both indoor and outdoor (inclement weather) conditions.
Must possess a safety-minded work ethic and maintain high situational awareness around heavy machinery.
Must supply and wear steel-toed boots (or have the immediate ability to acquire them prior to starting).
Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen (some background restrictions may apply).
Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation.
