Demo/Asbestos General Laborer
We are hiring Demo/Asbestos General Laborers for projects throughout Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct various tasks involving physical labor throughout the workday on construction sites throughout Massachusetts.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete demolition tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness of jobsites throughout demolition process. This may include cleaning, sweeping, and assisting experienced demo laborers.
- May assist other ADEP trades while onsite
Qualifications:
- Entry Level - No Experience required - We will train the right candidates.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have high regard for safety in the workplace.
- Must be able to work from lifts, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Must be able to work with and around equipment/machinery.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials/equipment (50-70+ lbs.).
- Must be able to work in adverse or extreme weather conditions.
- Must be able to wear and work in personnel protective equipment. (Fit test required for respiratory protection)
- Must have a vehicle or reliable means of transportation to and from jobsite.
- Must be responsible and punctual.
- Bilingual Candidates (Spanish/English) highly encouraged to apply
