About the Role:
Join United Plastics Machinery LLC as a Laborer in Exton, PA, where you'll play a vitual role in our dynamic manufacturing environment.  This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high quality machinery while working with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and fabrication of plastic machinery components.
• Operate machinery and tools safety and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safety workplace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
• Package and prepare products for shipment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in  a manufacturing or labor-intensive role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new task quickly
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
