As a Laborer, you will support our construction operations by performing a variety of physical tasks on job sites. This role assists skilled tradespeople, helps maintain a safe and organized work environment, and contributes to the successful completion of projects.
What Youll Do
Assist with general construction and site preparation activities Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Perform basic demolition, cleanup, and debris removal Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Support concrete, carpentry, and other trade work as directed Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to work at heights and in active construction environments
Work Environment
Work will primarily be performed on active construction job sites and may require travel to various project locations.
