Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Support skilled tradespeople as required.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a laborer or similar role is preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions
