Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring Plant Laborers to support insulation installation projects at industrial plant sites throughout multiple states. This position requires travel, working in industrial environments, and assisting installation technicians with materials and job site needs. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and committed to completing projects through to completion.Job Responsibilities· Provide general labor support on industrial plant job sites· Assist with the installation of insulated tank panels on tanks and piping systems· Move materials throughout the job site as needed· Support installation technicians with materials, tools, and other job-related tasks· Follow instructions from supervisors and lead personnel· Adhere to all plant safety rules and regulations· Work safely and efficiently as part of a team· Maintain a professional attitude while traveling and working away from home· Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and according to safety standardsRequirements· Previous experience working in an industrial plant environment is required· Must be able to pass a DISA drug screen and background check· Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test· Must be dependable and maintain good attendance· Ability to travel to various states and job sites· Must be able to work well with others in a team environment· Ability to follow directions and take instruction from supervisors· Must commit to remaining on assigned projects through completion· Ability to work safely in an industrial environment· TWIC Card is a plus but not requiredAdditional Information· Per diem provided while traveling· Travel is required for this position· Work schedules may vary based on plant and project requirements· Weekend work, including Saturdays and Sundays, may be required· Opportunity to work on large industrial projects across multiple locationsImportant Note – Safety Sensitive RoleThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law (O.S. § 63-427.8).
