DAY TO DAY AS A LABORER

• Review daily goals and safety protocols with your team at the start of each shift.
• Operate basic machinery and tools, assist in pallet assembly, and manage materials efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with teammates to keep production moving smoothly.
• Assist with inventory checks, loading, and unloading shipments as needed.

Flexibility and a proactive attitude are key - tasks may shift throughout the day to meet production demands.
