Plumbing Laborer

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Plumbing Laborer to assist our plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing projects. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is comfortable with physical work, working outdoors, and learning the plumbing trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with service, repair, and installation projects

• Dig trenches and excavate for water and sewer lines

• Break and remove concrete for underground plumbing repairs

• Carry, load, and unload plumbing materials and equipment

• Help install PVC, copper, cast iron, and other piping

• Remove old piping, fixtures, and job-site debris

• Perform basic demolition and job-site preparation

• Backfill trenches and assist with concrete preparation and cleanup

• Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized

• Follow company procedures and all job-site safety requirements

• Perform other duties as directed by the plumber or supervisor

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in basements, crawl spaces, and trenches

• Dependable and able to show up on time

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Construction or plumbing experience is preferred but not required
