The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is looking for a Laborer to join our team in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical movement and documentation of rental equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Laborer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming and outgoing rental equipment
• Washing, fueling, and thoroughly inspecting rental units upon check in
• Completing detailed inspection reports and communicating any found issues to the Rental team and Technicians
• Handling freight documents and administrative tasks
• Loading and unloading machines
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Performing minor equipment repairs as guided by team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment and/or prior mechanical experience
• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to safely lift at least 40 pounds
