Laborer

Location: Poland, OH
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: 6:30am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Perform general manual labor duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Load and unload vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
Assist with digging, backfilling, and site preparation activities.
Operate basic equipment and tools as assigned.
Perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing grass, trimming vegetation, and general cleanup.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
0–4 years of general labor, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or related experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.
Frequently perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and other environmental elements associated with manual labor.
Ability to safely perform work involving physical occupational risks such as cuts, scrapes, and equipment operation.
