Job Summary
Builds and performs a variety of physical labor duties on construction projects. Transfers from one task to another as directed.
Primary Job Functions
- The ability to perform remedial tasks.
- Must have the ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Housekeeping skills required.
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- CBRE seeking a laborer to assist in general cleanup, carpentry/framing, temporary protection measures, punch list items, safety guidelines, etc. in a medical facility environment.
