Laborer/Press Operator

Location: Austintown, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Description
This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced metal stamping environment and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused and physically capable.

Job Duties

• Operate metal stamping presses and production presses
• Perform general labor duties in a manufacturing environment
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing 75+ pounds
• Load and unload material into presses
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Manufacturing or press operation experience is required
