Laborer

Kier Management is looking for a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves Laborer to help keep our properties in top shape across Layton and Ogden, Utah. You'll be out in the field, part of a tight-knit maintenance team, making a real impact every day.

Pay: $17-$20/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Team up on apartment trash-outs
• Keep grounds looking sharp-clean, maintained, and ready to impress
• Support Maintenance Techs with tools, tasks, and whatever the day throws at you
• Jump in on minor repairs and general upkeep
• Help tackle snow removal and seasonal projects (Utah weather keeps things interesting)
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized
• Show up to trainings/meetings and follow safety guidelines like a pro
