Laborer – Storm Shelter & Septic Install Team

Position Overview

JT Services is seeking a reliable, hard‑working Laborer to support our Storm Shelter and Septic Install Team. This role is hands‑on, outdoors, and essential to delivering safe, high‑quality installations for homeowners across Northeastern Oklahoma. If you enjoy physical work, operating machinery, and being part of a strong team, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of storm shelters and septic systems

• Operate machinery and equipment such as skid steers, mini‑excavators, trenchers, and other jobsite tools

• Perform digging, grading, trenching, backfilling, and general site preparation

• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety

• Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors

• Work outdoors daily in all weather conditions

• Represent JT Services with professionalism and respect at every jobsite

Requirements

• Experience operating machinery/equipment is required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor

• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and all conditions

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
