Position overview:
The laborer will support skilled tradespeople and assist with a variety of Tasks on active job sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic. In this position you will be doing various different positions including work in BORE, AERIAL, and EXCAVATION.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and backfilling
- Help install underground utilities
- Direct equipment operator when needed
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow OSHA and company safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous excavation experience preferred
- Previous bore experience preferred
- Previous aerial experience preferred
- Have an understanding of regulation in excavation
- OSHA certifications is a plus
- Works well with others
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
