We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer. In this role, you will support daily operations by performing a variety of manual tasks, assisting skilled team members, and helping maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance activities
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job-site instructions
- Support tradespeople and other team members with routine tasks
- Inspect work areas to help maintain cleanliness and order
- Report hazards, equipment issues, or concerns to the appropriate person
- Minimum OSHA 10 required
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Prior labor, construction, warehouse, or maintenance experience is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience using hand tools and basic equipment
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
- Familiarity with general job-site or facility procedures
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Work Environment
This position may involve working indoors or outdoors in a variety of conditions. Tasks may require physical activity, teamwork, and attention to safety throughout the workday.
