The Utility Construction Laborer performs general labor duties in support of underground utility installation crews. This role is essential to maintaining safe, productive, and organized jobsites.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist crews with excavation, utility installation, and cleanup
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain safe and clean work areas
Assist with trenching and backfilling operations
Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Construction experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift heavy materials and work long shifts
