We have a great client looking for a general laborer in Winsted, MN! This position starts as an initial 3-month contract and comes with the likeliness of becoming a long-term position. Job Title: General Laborer Location: Winsted, MN Pay Rate: $17.50/hour Schedule: 6am - 4pm Monday-Thursday Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lift and move materials as directed
Load and unload vehicles
Dig, refill holes, and assist with site cleanup
Perform general labor activities as needed
Follow directions from supervisors and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:Education and Experience:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Must have 6inch lace up work boots
0–4 years of prior related experience
Work Environment:
Physical labor is a major component of the role
Must be able to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds for most of the workday
Occasional exposure to risks such as cuts, burns, or chemicals
Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes
Work is conducted primarily outdoors in a manual labor setting
