About the Role:
Honest Plumbing AZ LLC is looking for hardworking, reliable Laborers to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable plumbing company and build a rewarding career in the trades.



Responsibilities:

• Assist plumbers and crew leads with residential and commercial plumbing projects
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and prepare job sites for plumbing installation
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Support pipe installation, repairs, and other plumbing-related tasks as directed
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed

Requirements:

• No prior plumbing experience required — willingness to learn is a must
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Mesa, AZ area
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona heat
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check preferred
