Labs Associate

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Comfortable with handling and processing samples such as blood, urine, fecals, and biopsies using appropriate PPE.
• Ability to work standing or moving for the entirety of the shift.
• Reliable transportation to the lab location for scheduled shifts.
• Prior work experience in a lab setting or related industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience at LabCorp, Quest, or a similar high-volume laboratory.
• Background in Vet Tech or Vet Assisting, particularly if combined with fulfillment or food service roles.
• Recent Biology degree with fast-paced work history.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Check in couriers and manage sample intake processes.
• Prepare samples by unbagging, barcoding, and loading into analyzers and centrifuges.
• Handle and process samples, ensuring proper chemical treatment and storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
