Ladder Technician

What You'll Do

• Set up and remove ladders for city and county building inspectors to complete final roof inspections.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure inspections are completed on schedule.
• Assist with delivering roofing materials to job sites as needed.
• Help the Warehouse Manager with loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
• Support the production team with various field and warehouse tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs.
• Ability to safely handle and transport extension ladders.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
