They verify the correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items, manage parts inventory and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.Responsibilities* Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.* Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.* Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.* Follow company procedures and directives.* Test finished products for defects.* Maintain the tools used to create products.* Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.* Buffing and smoothing a windshield * Keep an eye out for inconsistencies on the surface area or any potential safety issues* Operate small hand buffers/sanders* Operate large sanders/grinder machines for polishing* Work around chemicals Education and Experience:* High School Diploma / GEDSkills and Knowledge:* Must be a U.S citizen* Must be able to be around chemicals.* Must be able to use buffing tools.* Follow verbal or written instructions* Able to lift loads up to including 50lbs.* Good organization skills* Position involves heavy lifting, twisting* Overtime Available * Computer experience preferred* Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug testIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
