Shifts available:

  • 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, M-F

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass our pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests.
  • 1+ year previous complex auto mechanical, Coating Machine, Lamination Machine or Extrusion Machine Operation experience required
  • Minimum of 6 months recent experience doing adhesive, ink or coating mixing required
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
  • Must be able to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors.
  • Physical activity involves lifting, bending crouching, walking, sitting standing, kneeling, pulling, stretching and reaching throughout the shift without accommodations.

A Lamination / Coater Mixologist is responsible for assisting the Lamination and Coater Operators and Helpers to meet the daily production goals of the solvent base and solventless laminators and/or coating machines by safely and accurately mixing the adhesives and coatings used for these processes. The Lamination / Coater Mixologist works under the direct guidance of the Process Engineer, the Production Supervisor and/or the Manager of Plant Operations.
