Pay Rate: $21.50 / hour


Duties:

The Lamination Helper plays a critical role in maintaining continuous production operations and supporting the Laminating Supervisor. This position serves as the primary floor leader during supervisor meetings, training sessions, and administrative activities, ensuring quick response to production issues, associate support needs, and safety concerns.


Production & Operational Support


+ Serve as the designated floor lead during supervisor meetings and other administrative absences.

+ Maintain continuous production flow by responding quickly to operational needs.

+ Monitor department activities and ensure daily production goals remain on track.


Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution


+ Respond to floor calls, pages, and radio communications.

+ Assist with resolving equipment malfunctions, material concerns, and production issues.

+ Help prevent minor disruptions from becoming costly line stoppages.


Associate Support


+ Provide temporary line coverage for associate restroom breaks and other short-term needs.

+ Ensure production lines continue operating efficiently during employee absences.

+ Support team members with questions and day-to-day operational challenges.


Coaching & Training


+ Deliver hands-on coaching and one-on-one guidance to associates.

+ Assist with skill development and process improvement.

+ Help reduce errors, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards.


Safety & Leadership


+ Maintain a visible leadership presence on the production floor.

+ Reinforce safety procedures and company policies.

+ Support the Supervisor by maintaining floor oversight during meetings, investigations, and personnel-related matters.

Position Requirements:

+ Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

+ Leadership, lead, or training experience is a plus.

+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
