What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on. You'll set up, run, and adjust lamination equipment in a fast-moving production environment where quality, consistency, and safety matter every shift.

You'll read job specs, check measurements, troubleshoot issues, and keep production moving. When something's off, you're not waiting around. You're thinking, fixing, and protecting the standard.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll work a full 40-hour schedule. Pay is $22-$32 per hour, based on your experience and skill level. This is a full-time long-term opportunity, with advancement potential as operations continue to expand.

Who We're Looking For

You'll likely thrive here if you're mechanically sharp, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced production setting. You take pride in doing things right, you communicate well, and you can work independently without losing sight of the team goal.

• You have 1-3 years of experience in lamination, printing, converting, packaging, or manufacturing.
• You can operate production machinery and handle setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• You can read job specifications, measurements, and production instructions.
• You care about product quality, consistency, and safe work habits.
• Experience with solventless lamination is preferred.
• Experience with Nordmeccanica equipment is a plus, not a requirement.
• You can lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• You want to learn, adapt, and grow with a company that's expanding.
