Company is hiring for a hands-on Lamination Technician position in our automotive interior manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team working on luxury vehicles like the Mercedes Maybach and C167
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing:
- Laminating and wrapping interior car parts by hand
- Using heat-ativated adhesive (pre-applied to materials)
- Trimming materials using tools such as scissors and knives
- Maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail
- Standing and working with your hands throughout the shift
Shift Details:
- Standard Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Paid breaks: 10-minute break + 20-minute lunch
- Clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable working environment
- Note: For glue area assignments, shift may start at 5:00, 5:30, or 6:00 AM and still run for 8 hours
Requirements:
- Comfortable with standing and manual work
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must wear a white T-shirt on shi
