Training: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for 6 weeks
Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with paid training? We are currently seeking a dependable Laminator to join a manufacturing team in Milwaukee. This position involves assembling circuit board panels, operating a laminating press, and performing finishing work to ensure quality products. Training will be provided on 1st shift for six weeks before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.
Job Description
The Laminator is responsible for preparing and processing circuit board panels through a laminating press. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Job Duties
Build circuit board “books” by carefully stacking layers of circuit board panels and bonding materials in the proper sequence.
Prepare panels by layering the material according to established production specifications.
Load prepared materials into the laminating press and operate the machine according to established procedures.
Monitor the press operation to ensure materials are processed correctly and meet quality standards.
Remove and break down excess material from completed boards.
Inspect finished boards for defects or excess material and perform necessary finishing work.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures, production requirements, and quality standards.
Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
Schedule & Training
Training: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for approximately 6 weeks
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour
Qualifications
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production procedures.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production work.
Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift.
Ability to learn and safely operate production equipment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
