Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM + OT on Saturdays
• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 12 AM OR 4:30 PM - 1 AM + OT on Saturdays
• 3rd Shift | Sundays (9:30 PM - 7 AM) + Monday - Thursday (11:30 PM - 7 AM) + OT on Fridays
• Overtime required as needed

Job Duties

• Apply adhesive to foam boards and styrene during the lamination process.
• Work as part of a 5-person production team.
• Monitor pressure and alignment for proper bonding.
• Inspect materials for quality and consistency.
• Move materials through the production process.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable working around strong adhesive fumes.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and grasp materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

What You Will Do

As a Laminator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Laminator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow production procedures.
