- Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and ensuring proper adhesion conditions.
- Operate and maintain tools such as laminate trimmers, routers, and rollers.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Safely transport and handle cabinets and related components to job sites.
- Install cabinets, crown molding, hardware, and trim according to design specifications.
- Use levels, measuring tools, and power equipment to ensure perfect alignment and fit.
- Troubleshoot and adjust installations to accommodate site conditions.
- Communicate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on-site.
- Hourly rate will be based on experience.
