Position SummaryAs a Lamination Operator in our Coating Department, you'll be a vital part of the production team-supporting the team with handling materials, and helping maintain quality standards throughout the coating process. This is a dynamic, physical role where no two days look exactly the same.
What You'll DoYou'll take ownership of the materials and flow of work that keep our coating operations running smoothly:
Load and unload rolls on coating equipment, preparing materials for production and finishingAssist team members in monitoring product quality, including edge trim, color consistency, and width specificationsPrepare materials for upcoming jobs, including gathering cores and resin as neededSupport changeovers by handling rolls, adjusting equipment, and ensuring supplies are readyPerform measurements and adjustments to meet product specificationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaTrack production details and complete basic recordkeepingHelp keep supplies stocked so production never slows downAssist with quality checks and contribute to continuous improvementStep in to provide additional support the team during breaks or absences
