Location: Fort Myers or Sarasota, FL (Fully In-Office)
Compensation: $90,000-$150,000 (Depending on Experience)

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
  • EIT certification required; PE is preferred for PM/Leadership roles
  • 2+ years of land development experience required, 5-10+ for PMs, and 15+ for leadership-level roles
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; WaterCAD, StormCAD, ICPR, and GIS a plus
  • Permitting, grading, stormwater, utility design, and roadway design experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Seller-doer mindset preferred for PM and Group Leader roles
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support and manage residential and commercial land development projects from planning through permitting
  • Develop civil site designs, perform grading, drainage, and utility layout using Civil 3D
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Contribute to permitting efforts, hydraulic calculations, and site analysis
  • Project Managers and Group Leaders will take on client-facing responsibilities, proposals, and mentoring junior staff
