A civil engineering firm needs a hands-on Land Development Project Engineer to produce the engineering drawings that turn raw land into roads, drainage, utilities, and buildable lots.

What You'll Own

- Produce precise engineering drawings and construction-ready plan sets for land development

- Design and detail grading, drainage/stormwater, utilities, and roadways in AutoCAD

- Support surveyors and field teams with construction layout and stakeout

- Help resolve site issues from design through construction

- Contribute to land-development workflows end to end

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of hands-on land development engineering experience

- Strong AutoCAD (or Civil 3D) skills applied specifically to land development
