Land Development Project Engineer (PE) (Charlotte)

We're hiring an experienced, licensed Civil Engineer with a land development background to lead site/civil projects in the Charlotte area. You'll take residential, commercial, and mixed-use site projects from concept through permitting and construction.

What you'll do

• Lead site grading, stormwater management, drainage, and utility design
• Prepare and seal site plans, plan sets, and permit submittals
• Manage project schedules and coordinate with clients, surveyors, and local review agencies
• Mentor and review the work of EITs and designers

What you'll need

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
